Inspiring Sustainably Healthy Lives

The LIFECHANGER™ program is designed to guide participants through an incremental process to improve their overall health and wellness in a results-oriented, inspirational, educational and supportive environment, led exclusively by Toni Julian, accomplished health advocate and author of BITE ME! Change Your Life One Bite at a Time.

Through a series of progressive and interactive workshops, participants will be given the tools they need to make incremental lifestyle, nutrition and fitness changes that are sustainable for life.

Over the course of the year, participants learn how to boost their metabolism, improve eating habits, plan healthy meals and learn fitness strategies. All meetings run 60-90 minutes, depending upon content, and are structured as participatory workshops, demonstrations, or presentations with Q&A time allotted to address participants' specific needs.

Participants have the potential to feel well, perform better, and will naturally act as role models to inspire others. For those who embrace this program, a positive and typical outcome may include reduced need for medications, reduced risk for certain diseases, and for some, related health benefits of slow, sustainable weight loss. Measurement tools are available to track individual and overall program progress.
