Welcome to the aabsBootyClub™, a unique personal fitness program BY women FOR women. Only female trainers fully understand the physical, social and nutrition needs of women, and especially the camaraderie and support required for sustainable, long term success. Don't feel like you need to be in shape to start. We accommodate every level of condition and provide custom instruction to accommodate any limitation. Most of our members are in their 40's, 50's and YES, their 60's and beyond! The point is to get inspired, start moving and be with a group of supportive and fun women who are all on the same page. This program is powerful, inspirational and fun, and designed to be low impact to avoid injuries.

There is so much more to this program than fitness! We discuss healthy eating habits, and Toni’s unique formula—combining high quality foods, in the right amounts, with the right fitness program—to change your body composition, and feel that energy and enthusiasm for life you know you deserve. We encourage you by offering add-on events, such as cooking seminars, foam rolling sessions and invitations to special event parties to celebrate your new healthy lifestyle. We have a LIFECHANGER Challenge competitions and awards, and lifestyle and nutrition coaching sessions just to give you that jumpstart toward healthy eating if you need it.
