A few words from Heather:

When I was approached with the opportunity to do the BITE ME! Challenge I was in a place in my life where I had already lost 65 pounds, but was struggling with the last ten or fifteen. Something had to give, I had exhausted all other options; literally from diet changes, or work out switch ups, I couldn’t figure out how I couldn’t get that ten off! I was ready for some drastic changes in my life and decided over the past 29 years I had put enough harmful things into my body that eight weeks of clean eating couldn’t kill me but only make me stronger, literally.

When I embarked on this journey, we started off with an official body dunk; one of the most efficient and accurate ways to measure body fat percentage. I dunked starting out at 22% body fat, weighing in at 143. My end results were I ended up at 19% and weighed in at 132. That is an amazing transformation in itself alone, and numbers do not lie!

I thought I had eating dialed but I only had a portion of it down, which was portion control in itself. I had no clue what was behind clean eating. It consisted of pure, unprocessed, lean foods rich in nutrients and low in saturated fat. Exactly what my body needed; a shock! I ate solely out of this book for eight weeks solid. I gave up all alcohol and diet soda’s. I gave this time to me, and turned all my focus to myself, and my health, because I am worth it.

This book has inspired me to take on new challenges, I would like to enroll and compete eventually in a figure competition. Something I never could have said before – or thought my body was ever capable of doing so. This book and my determination has changed me for the better, for life. I will always incorporate these recipes and this style of eating in my life, and my future family’s life. They will only know good, healthy nutrition and that inspires me. Since I have done this challenge I have had numerous people ask me, “what are doing, what is different you are shrinking!” All I can do is forward them the link to this book, and smile because I know what lies behind the first turned page – a change to your life forever if you are ready to take that leap of faith!

"Booty Club has changed my life!"

When I started Toni’s Booty Club four months ago, I was turning 50 and a good forty pounds overweight and for the most part sedentary. I have anxiety and depression issues which were only getting worse. I had not worked out on a regular basis for about 5 years, and could not seem to find the will power or commitment to do it, even though I belonged to gym 5 minutes away. I was feeling worse and worse about myself, becoming very lethargic, aches and pains started popping up that I never had before. I remember thinking, why do I hurt so much? It is not like I have done something physical to strain anything. I had no idea that doing nothing was exactly what was causing me the pain! When I saw Toni’s special; try Booty Club for one week free, then decide if you want to join - I thought why not, no commitment. If I don’t like it I don’t have to join. I emailed Toni and asked to join for my free week. I was nervous, I had not worked out in years but Toni sent me back a very supportive email, asked many questions about myself and was genuinely interested in understanding me and what my issues were. The first day was exciting but tough, Toni was encouraging me every step of the way, telling me I was doing great and making sure that I was not pushing myself too hard. I could barely keep up but Toni helped me adjust the workout to meet my ability level. I was the slowest and least in shape person there, but it did not seem to matter. Everyone was encouraging me, including the other members in the class which helped a lot. Intuitively I knew I needed a support system, people to count on me, professionals to map out my work out and tell me what to do next and how. The Booty Club really seemed the answer, so I joined. Within a few weeks all those aches and pains were going away. I noticed right away that my strength had increased; simple things like getting out of a deep chair and bending over were becoming easy again. I had no idea how much I wasn’t able to do until I started doing them again. My energy increased and my self esteem went up. The depression and anxiety has decreased significantly – no drugs just exercise. I lost 10 pounds with out even changing my diet and inches started to come off, my fat layer was starting to disappear. Recently I started to eat healthy and dropped 5 more pounds in two weeks. I feel so much better; I never want to go back to the way I felt before. The Booty Club hour flies by, due to how Toni plans out our work out. It is always different, I never know what to expect. I don’t know how they do it but the work out hits every part of my body, while increasing my stamina. Booty Club is truly an amazing work out and I have fun doing it with all the other members of Booty Club. For me, without the supportive team I would have given up long ago! I believe it would have been impossible for me to get this overall work out by myself at the gym. Booty Club has changed my life!
