The Sacred Eating Challenge is based on Toni’s soon to be released book, Sacred Eating: Evolutionary Self-care for the Divine Feminine, and is a healthy, natural way of life that offers a holistic combination of mind-body-spirit integration. She interweaves powerful nutrition knowledge, science-backed research and ancient wisdom teachings–to set you up for success for the rest of your life.

The agenda will be defined, but also customized to your specific needs and intentions. You will be introduced to Toni’s 3-2-1 template way of eating for blood sugar stabilization and either weight loss or maintenance. This template can accommodate any dietary preference. You will be given an opportunity to ask questions, get clarification and learn what you need to support your overall wellness goals.

IMPORTANT: This experience is designed to be integrated into your normal way of life, and sustainable through social situations, holidays, vacations and the challenges life can bring. So when you consider registering for this course, do so with the understanding that you do NOT need to carve out eight “perfect” weeks with nothing planned. It’s designed to move with you through the normal course of your beautiful life.
