Here’s my refreshing shake recipe that takes about 1 minute to make. Sip it in a shaker cup on your way to work or to the gym, or make an extra batch and save it in the refrigerator until later. It’s THAT good! You can use any of the five TONI’S flavors. We used Cherry Chocolate Almond here, because that’s my personal go-to shake fave.

- *1/2 cup TONI’S Protein Meal | Cherry Chocolate Almond
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, rice milk or your favorite equivalent
- 7 ice cubes

Blend at medium speed for 30 seconds. Add either more ice or liquid for desired consistency.
