Welcome to the 'Cut the Crap' 14-Day Reset!

Hi there!

I’m so excited to welcome you to 'Cut the Crap'—your first step toward a healthier, more vibrant YOU. Over the next 14 days, we’re going to clear out the foods, habits, and thoughts that no longer serve you and replace them with nourishing, energizing, and supportive choices.

This program is designed to help you reset, refocus, and refresh your body and mind. Whether you’re here to boost your energy, shed some weight, or just feel better in your skin, you’re in the right place.

What You Can Expect

  • Daily Support: You’ll receive daily inspiration and spark questions through our Signal group to keep you motivated and engaged.
  • Accountability & Community: Connect with like-minded individuals who are on the same journey. Share your wins, challenges, and insights.
  • Expert Guidance: I’ll be here with you every step of the way to answer questions, share tips, and celebrate your progress.

  1. Food Guide: A detailed list of foods to avoid and foods to incorporate to fuel your success.
  2. Healthy Recipes: Easy and delicious recipes to make this process enjoyable.
  3. Tips: Best ways to set yourself up for success.

How to Get Started

  1. Watch the Orientation Video: This will walk you through the essentials for success.
  2. Download Your Starter Kit: Make sure you have your food guide and recipes ready.
  3. Join the Signal Group: This is where the magic happens—daily interactions, tips, and support. This is a unique opportunity to have direct access to me for questions, share experiences, and have everyone in our tribe cheer you on. Directions are in your Starter Kit and in the next module.
  4. Prepare Your Kitchen: Clean out the foods that don’t align with your goals and stock up on what does.
  5. Set Your Intentions: Take a few moments to write down why you’re doing this challenge and what you hope to achieve. We will DECLARE our intentions in Signal on day 1!
