Holistic Wellness Reset

Toni's High-Vibe, 7-Day Detox is a self-paced, virtual course designed to give you a quick total mind-body-spirit reset in just seven days. You will have an opportunity purify your body, release some excess weight, de-clutter your mind and elevate your energetic vibration. This enhances your intuitive abilities, connecting with your higher-being and sets you on a positive path. Join renowned Holistic Wellness coach Toni Julian as we explore a proven path for personal improvement.

Detoxes are important for everyone, periodically. Especially after times in our life where we may have gone a little off-track with our healthy eating habits, allowing low-quality foods to erode our good health.  This detox will give your body an important break by offering foods that are easy to digest, while re-setting your habits after over-indulging.

This detox can benefit you in these ways:

  • Help integrate new ideas and tools that may eventually became good habits
  • Give your body a break and re-set your habits after overloading and indulgence
  • A feeling of being lighter and more energetic
  • Helping you to learn about what is causing symptoms and the potential solution to ailments
  • Bring your body into balance, or homeostasis, by alleviating symptoms that create distraction, and dis-ease.
  • Bringing a sense of true internal calm in a chaotic world
  • Heighten your natural gift of intuition
  • Show up in the world in a better way

This workshop takes a holistic, integrated approach and is based on whole, high-vibrational and detoxifying foods. You do not need to purchase meal plans, and it is easily adaptable to any diet. When you elevate your food, you elevate your entire being. Toni Julian uses a combination of video, audio, downloadable material and beautifully-produced, guided meditations to help you on your journey.

How it works:

Once you review the materials, you’ll have the time you need to buy your groceries and prepare for the week. The way the schedule is designed, is to allow one-to-three days for preparation--depending upon how much time you need--then the seven day detox immediately follows.  You'll be guided through the entire process, from getting ready and clearing out your refrigerator, through meal prep and the actual detox week.
