Meal Prep Made Easy [Workshop]

Whether you’re an athlete, an entrepreneur or a person who just wants to lose a few pounds, this interactive, fun and informative workshop is a rare opportunity to learn how to improve your body composition so you can look and feel the way you deserve.

It’s meal design to last you a lifetime.

The first hour is dedicated to the building blocks of understanding how to set your goals, establish the types of macronutrients your body needs and designing a weekly meal plan so you have a strategy and solid plan to accomplish your goals. We’ll use worksheets that you’ll take home with you so you can reference them on a daily basis. This is important foundational work for you to use for a lifetime of good health and an end to compromising and struggling!

In this first hour you will learn to:

  • Set realistic goals to lose, maintain, gain weight or build
  • Balance your macros to improve your body composition (lose fat/gain muscle)
  • Build your metabolism through nutrition
  • How to stay full so you don’t mindlessly snack
  • Eliminate cravings for sugary, salty or crunchy foods

Together we will:

  • Learn how to design your meals without counting calories or using apps
  • Design your custom single meal plan
  • Design your custom daily meal plan
  • Design your custom weekly meal plan

Next, we will work in small groups in a fun, hands-on experience to creating delicious and easy meals that you can do at home. We will learn how to prepare in advance so having healthy food is always convenient. Toni will share her top meal planning tips and hacks to make your life so much easier. We will prepare a few meals each to take home.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Your registration IS transferable for the same date if we are notified within two business days prior to workshop. Please email: [email protected] immediately to transfer without penalty.

By registering for this event you agree to the following:

  • Cancellations received at least 21 days prior to the event will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
  • Cancellations received 15-20 days prior to the event will receive a 75% refund of the registration fee.
  • Cancellations made within 10-14 days of the event will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • Cancellations within 9 days and “no-shows” will not receive a refund.
