START YOUR DAY EVERY MORNING: Hydrate and Balance

  • 1 cup Lemon Cleanse AND one of the following:
  • 1 cup Celery Juice
  • 1 cup Anti-inflammatory Ginger Turmeric Tea
  • Hot Decaf Green Tea with Lemon

(Wait 15-20 minutes before Meal 1, if possible)

MEAL 1: Detox and Nourish

  • Refreshing Cucumber, Mint & Avocado Smoothie

MEAL 2: Nourish and Soothe

  • Anti-Inflammatory Pineapple Smoothie

MEAL 3: Replenish and Boost

  • 2 cups Detox Veggie Broth

MEAL 4: Fulfill and Nourish

  • 1 cup Detox Veggie Broth
  • Chicken Pot Pie Stew

MEAL 5: Detox and Satisfy (if still hungry)

  • Chocolate Chia Pudding
